We have a 24-hour Cancellation Policy | In the event that you need to cancel your appointment without 24 hours notice, we will charge the card on file for the full service amount. Our 24-hour Cancellation Policy applies to all of our nail services & add-ons such as Shellac, removals, or nail art

Late Policy | All appointments are created to allow the appropriate amount of time to enjoy your service at LEO. If you are more than 10 minutes, we will not be able to perform the service which will still result in the full amount of the original booked service to be charged. If a modified version of the service can still be performed, the full amount of the original booked service will still be charged.
